What do you do after you receive the detector?
Step-by-step guide

Open the kit
Start by opening the radon detector kit packaging. Make sure all components are present and in good condition.

Identify the detectors
Find the detectors inside the kit. Detectors are the primary devices used for radon monitoring.

Select placement locations
Choose a suitable location within your building/home to place each detector. It is recommended to place it in a frequently used room, such as an office, living room or bedroom.

Place the detectors
Place the detectors in the selected locations according to the instructions provided. Make sure they are positioned approximately 1-1.5 meters from the ground, preferably on a cabinet or shelf, in a place away from moisture or heat sources.

Let the detectors measure the radon concentration
After you have placed the detectors, let them operate for at least 90 days to collect the necessary data.

Fill out the registration form
In parallel with your radon monitoring, complete the registration form provided in the kit. Make sure you fill out all the required information and that the form is signed and dated correctly.

Recover the detectors
After the 90-day monitoring period expires, retrieve the detectors and update the registration form.

Sending the detectors and the form
Send your radon detectors along with the completed registration form to our laboratory. Make sure to follow the packaging and shipping instructions.

Wait for the results
After the laboratory analyzes the detectors, you will receive the results of the radon measurements and the assessment of exposure levels.

Interpretation of results
After receiving the results, depending on the radon level, we will offer you options for remediation of radon radiation.
