Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

Order Processing: Orders placed are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. In case of delays due to limited stock, you will be notified promptly by email or phone.

Delivery Time: Products will be delivered within 4-7 business days, depending on the recipient's location and the availability of courier services. During busy periods or public holidays, delivery time may vary.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping for orders containing more than 4 radon detectors. For orders with 4 or fewer detectors, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and the tracking number of the package, so you can track the delivery status in real time.

Shipping Address: Please carefully check the address entered when placing your order to avoid any delays or delivery issues. If there are any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns:

Return Eligibility: For safety and quality reasons, radon detectors are not eligible for return once they have been placed or used. This is because, after use, the detectors begin the monitoring process and cannot be reused or resold.

Exceptions: If the product you received is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will analyze the situation and arrange for the replacement of the detector at no additional cost.

Replacement Conditions: If the product is damaged or has defects, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the customer. It is important that the detector is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents.

Unused products: If the detector has not been used and the seal is intact, the return can be accepted within 14 calendar days, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Return costs will be borne by the customer.

Wrong product delivered: If you have received a different product than the one ordered, please contact us immediately to organize the return of the wrong product and the shipment of the correct one. All shipping costs will be covered by us.
